yeah, i was wondering if anyone knew about how to look up laws on car mods (mainly exterior, head and tail lights). i've looked at a lot of results, but came up with nothing. the last thing i wanna do is get pulled over by the cops and look "suspicious". thanks.

What state are you in? A lot of times the laws differ depending on where you live. If you're in Cali, then you can search for laws here (http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/calaw.html) in this database.

:)

Oh, and if you don't want to get pulled over for being "suspicious" or whatever, then don't change your lighting at all. When I got my last ticket ( 4 fix it citations on one ticket  ), the cop didn't believe that my tails were stock. Of course, the 99/00 civics come with the red/clears stock, but the cop gave me hella crap about mine, trying to say that they weren't stock. I ended up not getting a ticket for the housing of them, but rather the white bulbs inside. ;)

Anyways, hope that helps. :)
