My new project... BMW 320i 4 dr sedan. It's a Hagasawa kit. Managed to find it when I was marketing for grocery... Always been my favourite car...

As usual, don't expect much details, even the steering wheel is skewed to the right. It doesnt lie in front of the driver!! Came with pram wheels, so a new set of wheels will be used. I used 18' OZ Grand Tourismo for this.

It is gonna be in black. (again), with slight modification, the wheels and perhaps double exhaust. Raised the rear end by 2mm to accomodate the new wheels.

The pic shows what I have done so far... will post more pics soon.

Started on my R32. Will post some pics soon as well.. ;)

Body primed and ready to be painted.

The finished interior. Came with brown carpet... painted it black to match the german grey interior.

The chassis of the car. Left the steering component unpainted for now. The exhaust has not been modified yet. As usual red coils for me.

I will be using these disc for the car. It's a 18' Brembo.

You raised it
Lower it and tuck those wheels "just" into the guards. With those big rims it will look great !!

Heheh... it's a personal thing... if I stick the wheels "just" into the guards, I will end up with a slightly "slammed" look, and I m not a fan of slamming.... ;) I prefer a normal looking car, and I have to agree that the car is sitting pretty high now.

Umm... what do I mean by pram wheels... perhaps the pic will tell a thousand words.

The wheel on the left is the stock ones.. it's only about 60% as wide as the new ones. If you fit it on... it sucks!!

http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/396035DSCF0101_2.JPG
Again, left one is the stock... It's just not in scale... it says 225/16R... doesnt feel like 225 wide and 16' at all!

That's the idea of pram wheels.. :p Keep the comments coming... :)

Hi guys... finally got some time off my thesis to work on my models... screwed up on this body and the R32's... Managed to strip the paint off both and finished this one.

I have 2 coats of primer and 4 coats of TS-14 on it. Not a very good kit as I have problems fitting the chassis to the body... Think this kit has the same mold as the Dragon kit... same problem.

It's about 80% done... I haven't decide which wheels to use... care to help me decide??? hehe.. Thanks for the time.

Shots of the completed body...

Shot of the front end... I used 18' Brembo disc on this one.

Shot of the rear... sorry abt the quality... i wanted to have double exhaust tips for this... but I figured out I have to replace the whole muffler... so I opted for a Oval tip.. used BMF on it.

i think that the aoshima rims (super tourismo) suit the car best, they got that little lip opposed to the fujimi ones. not a big fan of gold rims on bimmers.

Aoshima's look the best. The fit the car better than the Fujumi's. Save your LM's for a different car too. :bandit:

Hi guys... thanks for the comments and suggestions... I have decided which rims to use... I wanted to use the BBS LM... but I have other plans for it... wanna put it on my Golf V5. The OZ frm fujimi requires quite abit of modifications... so I have decided to use the OZ from Aoshima... Thanks for the support... will post some pics soon.. ;)
