94 with messed up turnsignals

I have a 94 Beretta thats turnsignals are messed up. They work some times but other times they just light up and dont flash. Replaced the hazard flasher and it didnt help.

double check the bulbs when it isn't flashing. Turn-signal bulbs can work intermittently. The filiment can break near the end, and when you hit a bump, it will lose contact and not work. Then you it another bump, and it will hook itself around the post it is originally soldered to and work again. There are two flashers in your car, one in the fuse box for the flashers, and a second mounted near/clipped to the steering column, or between the column and the radio. The one in my 91 cavalier was there, and I had to remove the radio to gain access to it.
