I don't usualy like to do that but I hope that some of you will be very pleased to see this one.

I have been looking for this model for a very long time, basically I only knew that Modeler's once made Fulvia but when I saw that there is another solution in an Italian company I knew I had to contact my Italian connection, Roberto from Icaro.

It took some time for him to get it but he finally made it and I got me a great looking model.

First thing you see is care and love put in making and packing this magnificent model of even more magnificent car.

Box is not cheap cardboard but nice and thick, almost as good as MFH or S27 packages, in some segments maybe even better.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b129/sasaj/Fulvia/P7135226.jpg

When you open the box it is divided in three compartments, big one with body/chassis and two smaller ones, one with resin/white metal parts and other with PE and Vacform parts.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b129/sasaj/Fulvia/P7135228.jpg

All together not to many parts but like I said they look to be made with lot of love.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b129/sasaj/Fulvia/P7135229.jpg

Body at first sight look like it is made out of cheap white resin but once touched and closely examined you can see that you are all wrong. No bubbles, little flash, heavy nice and firm, real masterpiece, if it was grey I would have said that MFH made resin body and chassis.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b129/sasaj/Fulvia/P7135233.jpg

Chassis has even some details on the bottom and it fits perfectly in body

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b129/sasaj/Fulvia/P7135234.jpg

White metal parts are very clean, with nice details, to bad that rear lights are made of white metal and not from clear resin, but door knobs......I never saw something like this before, not even in MFH kit.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b129/sasaj/Fulvia/P7135247.jpg

Resin parts are also very good, with nice details and almost no flash at all.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b129/sasaj/Fulvia/P7135242.jpg

PE parts cover most of the outside parts and belt buckles of course, they are very nice but not S27 level. Although once painted they will be very good.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b129/sasaj/Fulvia/P7135245.jpg

Vacform parts are divided in three, front and rear glass that are made out of a bit thicker material, two pieces of flat material for side windows and two sets of front lights, trust me you need two because this will be a hell of the work to cut in right dimension.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b129/sasaj/Fulvia/P7135243.jpg

There aren't a lot of decals but they do look nice and detailed, only question is if they are old and fragile, they certainly don't look like that.

with this model I have come very close to collect all of the modern Lancia rally cars, I have three Deltas, Stratos, 037 all from Hasegawa, this Fulvia and I wait for Profil 24's S4 to make my collection full.

Seem you're building a castle Sir Sasa :D

Yeeees: I'm wondering to this matter with my friend Ricky78 yesterday: belt line in mine is warped like your: 4mm of "belly" in the center :D, well

after 35 years of not race I guess is well in shape :D , to be a nan :D

Not easy to fix I guess, but we need, fulvia have a sharp belt line!

Two is good but three is business :D
Gio front will not be such a problem because line is not interfearing with fender but rear will be tricky. No matter like you said some year guide to some lose skin :D

Three Fulvias .....hmmmm. So with mine that makes them four!
Mine is warped in exactly the same way. My guess is that either the master or the mold is a bit banana shaped. Lets see what we can make of it..

By the way I have also got HTM's Alfa TZ1 and TZ2. Those models are absolutely perfect. No warping ,and beautiful shapes. This makes it even weirder , because those two Alfa shapes are more dificult to achieve correctly than the Fulvia's.

Great subject but I have to say the kit looks awful. The body looks warped, rough and uneven in the pictures and the interior parts look no better. Is that seat really as warped as it looks. Is this from an Italian manafacturer?

I am however looking forward to seeing this finished, i love these cars..

Isn't bad, also the mold should be quetly aged. My interiors are good, and I guess the trouble is Sasa's stuff is due to the shoot's perspective. Btw italians companies do also superb stuff: see at tameo or tecnomodel and often r43.
