Yes the hood is a red carbon fiber hood and I had it clearcoated for protection. Thanx for the compliment.Peace

I know it's a weird fucking question, but do they make white carbon fiber hoods? Still black, but some of the fibers are white. I think that would be perfect for my car.

just a thought tho...they sell silver center caps for your wheels. the gold ones just don't do it for me. you could also get some silver metallic vinyl (matches the wheel color) and fill in the Konig badge.

I used to have eyebrows before I got the Black headlights and it looked pretty good. They were all red so it kinda didn't match the hood or anything. I want to get the ones like you see on LJ Garcia's car that is a half eyebrow and it is carbon fiber to match the hood. But I can't find a place that can make it in Red Carbon Fiber so it will match the hood. If I could I would get them. I called LJ Garcia and he said he had a buddy of his lay carbon fiber on it and it was a custom deal. I tried looking for people that could lat carbon fiber but can't find any. Thanks for the compliment.

Hey I'm not totally dead. I still post here every once in a while. Thanks for all the compliments people. I plan to get an AEM big brake kit and maybe some new wheels. I want to get some black ones so it will match my color scheme. As far as candycoating the headlights it's an idea but for now I think I will just leave them this way. can someone tell me exactly how he did his headlights like that? Someone else posted in this forum and asked how to tint the headlights and I know it can be done with spray tint, but does it look better just to get black housing? And could you just paint your silver housing black and then just glue the lens back on there? thnx

I believe those are carbon fiber housed headlights.

They're just painted black or regular black housing. It's easy. Pop em in the oven for about a minute be constantly watching em. When the seal is melted pry the lens off with a screw driver or butter knife. Unscrew the chrome housing and spray paint em. After you get done w/ both, put em back in the oven for another minute and pop the lens back on when you're done. To further seal just use silicone.
