I'm from the U.S., and we don't get the X Trail. By the name, it sounds like a small SUV with an Inline 4, maybe a V6 option, a rear limited slip, and an available factory off-road package, but that's just a guess. Just wondering what it was.

It uses the Sentra Spec V 2.5L four cyl motor, with a ingenius 4WD system. It does not use a rear LSD on this model.

I am lucky enough to own one of the Japanese released versions, with a 280Hp 2L 4 cyl turbocharged petrol motor and a rear LSD. It has beaten a few Cayenne Turbos :D

I'll let you know as soon as mine is delivered...I spend a fair amount of time in the Canadian Rockies. There's a page on wikipedia that says they're supposed to be in the states in 2008 after a redesign.
