I just bought a used truck and need to get it here and there a bit for paperwork and checkups, but I cannot afford its insurance since I'm paying insurance for my current truck.
Where can I buy insurance like PAYD in San Jose, CA? I just wanna pay 1-3 days for the insurance.

I appreciate it if you can share some knowledge/info on this.

Wow, that must be a CA thing...here in VA that sort of coverage isn't available, unless they've recently changed the law.

You could always ask your current company for a 1 month at a time policy.

Pay as you drive??? Odd, I've never heard of it either. but that would be a great idea for people who have many cars, but rarely drive them ( like collectors).

I saw the PAYD thing on the web from a company called BetterWorldClub but
they mainly have business in Oregon.
I probable have to feed AAA for a month of insurance for this 2nd truck of mine.
