Stillen Headers.....babyskyline 08-09-2002, 03:32 AM Has anyone purchased any yet? Just wondering how they are. They say that we're supposed to get like 13-16hp to the wheels and the same goes for the torque. pinyoot4you 08-09-2002, 04:21 AM hey babyskyline, what source did u find the Stillen header gains from? i've been researching and been wondering what gains they claim, thanx man yea, it's a hard decision, rather to get the stillen or hotshot sr20de4evr 08-10-2002, 01:33 AM actually I believe aebs will be releasing a header for the qr25 within a month or so (don't quote me on that :) ), but it supposedly has better gains than both the hotshot and stillen headers. babyskyline 08-10-2002, 02:34 AM Pinyoot, I got my source from the company themselves. I don't ask around and get rumor type answers, you know what I mean. I go right the source of what I'm trying to find out about. Me personally, I'm a name brand type of person, I have heard of STILLEN, but not Hot Shot, so that's why I'm getting the STILLEN headers unless if these AEBS headers are better then I will go with them, but I'll wait and see what they are putting out. sr20de4vr who is AEBS, I have never of them. Do they have a website or something? sr20de4evr 08-10-2002, 03:45 AM Last I checked they dont have a website, but I think they're working on one. The qr25 header has already been prototyped and is getting ready for production, should be ready in a couple of months. I dug up some threads dealing with all this stuff, including some dyno's http://www.b15sentra.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=32223&highlight=AEBS http://www.b15sentra.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=30904&highlight=AEBS http://www.b15sentra.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=29512&highlight=AEBS just to sum it all up, it seems to be making about 12-15whp and from the pics, it looks like a really well made product. Holyterror 08-11-2002, 03:45 AM Hotshot headers are well-known and proven to deliver what they promise. You'll find them on all kinds of fast imports. Whatever they claim, I'll believe. Stillen, in my mind, is equally trustworthy. I'll believe any numbers they publish too. It just comes down to whose numbers are higher. As for any other company that offers headers, you'd better wait until people start buying them and see what dyno results reveal. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
