What car would you rather have? For all round performance speed handleing braking everythin. What car do you think is better?

350Z or 300ZX ?

Nothing will ever be quite like the 300ZX - its was a pretty sweet car.

i would also go with a 300zx. i just got one today and oh damn is it so much fun! yeah, the 350z might be faster, but the 300zx just looks so awesome. but dont get me wrong, i still love the 350z, just the 300zx more. oh yeah, do you mean the 300zx tt?

I think he means TT, and isn't the 300ZX TT faster than a 350Z, maybe not, but whatever. Though the 287HP n/a V6 is an amazing feat, to me it doesn't quite fit the japanese all-out muscle standard... it's like Chevy replacing the V8 Camaro Z28 with a "new" Z28 with a 290HP n/a V6. Sure you are like, "wow". Even if it makes more power than it's V8 counterpart, it's still a six, eight has more potential. Same with a stock TT car, slap on some bigger/better Turbos, there you go. Correct me if I am wrong, but I'd assume the 350Z has high compression to make all that power, so it is not Turbo ready... while it's predecessor is. Just more potential w/ the 300ZX. I'd say in all the other categories the 350Z wins out, lighter, real sports car (2 seater) I'm sure it handles better and everything, it is newer w/ newer technology. Just my $.02.

actually, the 300zx tt and some n/a's (like mine) are a 2-seater. the 300zx tt's and 350z is about the same 1/4 mile speed. and Greddy is coming out with a twin-turbo setup for the 350z.

one of my friends(HNE) raced his G35 vs a buddy's 300TT... the G35 all stock, and the 300TT looked awesome...it had just slight mods, pushing about 400hp, damn it was fast! the G35 got smoked. i wouldnt know what to go for. G35's are soo good looking. 350Z's are bada$$. and those 300zx's have a bit of both... maybe a GReddy TT 350Z!:)
