hopefully someone can help me here....i borrowed a friends car because my wife tore out the clutch in my car, and all i did was push the power window on the drivers side down and now it will not come back up!!!! it makes noises like a gurgling baby, but nothing happens. my dad said ti just get sime needlenose's and pull it out enough to grap it and push it to the top. i have called her on this and she is fine with that. is this the best i can do? thanks!!

yeah pretty much.. sounds like it fell off the tracks a bit.. nothing more you can do but to manually move unless you wanna pay to get it fixed!!

I would pop off the door panel to see if the regulator derailed.

I don't want to be judgemental, but if I lent my car out and the person broke something and returned it broken, I would be a bit peeved. I'd take a closer look, there is a chance it is a simple fix. There are diagrams of how to remove the door panel online.
