Is it true that Rancho makes a lift for the X? If so has anyone installed one yet?

I'm pretty sure Rancho makes a 1.5" lift for the X. When I replaced my rear leaf springs with AC's "heavy duty" models, they arrived in a Rancho box. The lift was about 1.5" (see my other post).

As for the full kit, I haven't heard of anyone buying it.

I resently installed a lift kit from Automotive Customizers, http://www.4x4parts.com

Most of the components are RANCHO. The shocks are Rancho 9000's, the leaf spring parts are Rancho add-a-leaf. Check A/C website, they have different packages.

I do like it a lot, I dont have the ARB winch bumper yet, but I still noticed an improvement in ride quality and height. I gained about 3" in height.

Spencer Low Racing have a great lift kit, a bit more expensive, but with great components.

Rancho makes a lift, but it is expensive for what you get. It does not include high angle ball joints with the kit. Mot people would agree that a kit from AC, Calmini, or SLR would all be a better purchase from the standpoint of quality, if not price than the Rancho

yes it is true i have it on my X it is great and even better off road it cost me about 2000 dollars for the lift and 32x11.5 goodyear wrangler MT/R

There are much better lift kits to get than the Rancho. WQbang mentioned all of them above. Rancho has hacked together parts for the Xterra, but the other companies actually build their lift kit parts to work with the Xterra.
