What could cause the tilt on an sc400 not to work? It moves in and out, but not up and down. Also, does anyone know where I could go to get a timing belt replaced besides a lexus or toyota dealer (preferably on a saturday)? Thanks!!

the tilt motor in the column probably went out. t-belt directions might be availabe at some librarys. or toyota or lexus dealerships
