My 2000 jeep head lights will flicker on and off (similar to the flicker when locking) uncommanded and with the car is off. I am not sure what is causing this? Can anyone help?

Check battery connections, and also replace the battery in your key fob.

Do you have AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHTS on? They have been known to cause headlights to turn on un-commanded on idle JGCs.
