Iam considering putting an h22 in my 91 accord how hard is it. it would be great if it just bolts right in. but it would also be great if someone gave me a million dollars:iceslolan

It does bolt right into the same mounts, however you do need some parts, like ecu, axles (i think), etc.

Anyway, if you do a search in this section and in this one:

you will find dozens of threads on the topic.

You can use everything down to the fuel rail, trans, axles, mounts, wiring (minus the vtec wire for the ecu), and most of the other factory stuff. Since the h & f series motors can use the same trans you dont need to change the axles. Im working on my h23 in a 90, slow progress but it will be nice when its done. Nice healthy boost from the stock SOHC 2.2, granted im staying non-vtec. Its mainly how much you can get everything for.

Just make sure you get the enigne from a car that was made before 96, 93-95 will be what your after. Otherwise you will be converting from OBDII to OBDI.
