1994 ford ranger ignition lock cylender removal

Cant find hole for look pin like on 95, has any one ever had to remove one of these?

Frustrated in portland.

I have removed them-locksmith.

Pull off shroud, look up underneath steering column in front (actually nearest you as you look at it, and by the hornpad) of the cylinder for a poke hole-this is actually molded into the "shroud" of the cylinder and about three inches long, insert ice pick and hold in place with left hand, turn key 1/4(?) forward and feel the ice pick release the retaining pin, and then sloooowly slide the cylinder out.
