So, anyone ever in a similar situation; when you knew the mechanic didn't repair anything, or told you you needed additional maintenance?

Wow. That's quite a video. Especially the district manager.

That was an eye-opener. I had been to Jiffy Lube for the last three oil changes. The last time around I have a feeling that he pressurized for a transmission fluid change when it was probably not needed (well most certainly it was not).

Interestingly, I am not the only one who has problems with Jiffy Lube.

If you search, you will heva no problems finding complaints abotu Jiiffy Jube. They are almost as bad as AAMCO and Midas.
