I have a 96 blazer LT and i went up north this weekend fishing, it broke down and i found out a tune up is in need, but on top of that my car keys got locked in and i had to break a window..so i chose the smallest window on the passanger side not the windows u roll up and down but the ones that are stationary adn little slit windows, i cant find where i can get these please give me any info on where to find these. Thank you

Try Triumph or Safelite auto glass.

I worked for a glass company for years...is that privacy factory tinted glass? If so, you probably broke one of the most expensive pieces of glass on the vehicle. It used to run about $250 - 300 to replace that glass. You'd have been better off breaking one of the door glasses.

You might want to try a junk yard if you think you can install it yourself. Much cheaper.

That is serisouly expensive. At the price you would be better smashing the windshield. I just got a new windshield, installed, for 219 out the door.

Same as what I was thinking, if you have comprehensive they should cover it. You don't need to tell them you broke it, also I was told by a glass guy even if you do break it yourself insurance covers it ;)

Don't know how other insurances are but there is no deductible on my glass coverage. Glass is covered under comp not collision so I don't think the deductible applies.
