Blow off valve not making a sound?

Let me start by explaining what im working with
its a 2000 integra gsr with stage 2 rev hard turbo kit, and turbo xs rfl bov.

Now for the question.
How do i get my bov to go off when im just revving... Im not sure how this can be done when its in vaccum but im guessing theres a way because i hear it all the time.

i have a hard time getting mine to blow off while revving, but that's because there is no load on the engine so the engine is in vaccuum .... meaning that the WG isn't allowing much air to pass through the turbo....

All you have to do is rev it up and then let of and re-rev it again....that will load the engine enough so that it will blow off
