any help greatly appreciated i have a 2002 p12 primera 2.2diesel estate the abs light started to come on intermitantly a few weeks ago and at the same time the speedo would go stop registering the speed for a split second then light off an speedo back to normal??? then last week the abs light came on permanantly and the speedo wont work. I took the car into the nissan dealers they plugged into consult and told me the vehicle wouldnt communicate and suggested the abs control unit had gone and allthough they were not sure that was the problem suggested replacing the unit at a cost of approx £1200+ so i sourced another abs pump/ecu and the car still wont communicate with the consult???
so im no nearer establishing what the problem is and dealer isnt busting a gut to help out so any one heard of any similar problems or got any ideas about what the problem may be?any suggestions would be greatly welcomed (keep it clean tho eh!im:banghead: )

This might be retarted (happened to a friend at nissan) ...but did you check the fuses?
