Ok, here's the deal. I just acquired a 99 Sephia that has appearently had a hard life. My blower don't work. Checked the fuses and relays: nothing. Also, the other day my wipers quit in the middle of a storm, and I cant even find a fuse for that. Im sure it is on another circuit but I don't have the manual to show me which fuse it is on. Help please!!

The wiring into the engine compartment fuse box is probably melted. The circuit gets hot when the blower motor starts failing and melts the wiring causing poor connections.

I havent had time to develop a fix for it without replacing the harness.
