87 cabrio 1.8 ltr. vehicle was missing badly when accelerating....so i installed new plugs/wires/cap/rotor and fuel filter....now it wont start....has spark at all the plugs....also has fuel coming out the output of the fuel filter...but i dont see any fuel on the plugs after excess cranking?????..do i have to bleed the system ???.... i went so far as to reinstall all my old parts...still nothing....??? any help would be appreciated
