rear leaf spring repair

my 2001 taco 4wd rear leaf springs are flattened out. i have A 3"
lift kit in it but it looks like it is back to it's original higth. it has a 3" block under the rear leafs. how can i repair it?

Get rid of the block and get a 3 inch leaf pack.

A new lifted leaf spring would be a better option then the block. Another alternative would be a full length Add-A-Leaf. They make lifted springs for the Toyota Tacoma up to 6" over stock.
