1996 Town & Country LXI with 144,000 miles.

I have been having a problem with the van not wanting to downshift. I hooked up my OBD II PocketScan and the code P0715 came up which is Input/Turbine Speed Sensor A Circuit Malfunction. I cannot find anything about the speed sensor in my Haynes manual.

Can anyone tell me where to find the speed sensor and what it will take to replace/repair it?

The input speed sensor is located to the left of the manual shift lever and the output is to the right of the manual shift lever. They should just come out with the correct size wrench , make sure the old seal comes completly out and some is not left in the hole, get new sensors and seals...
