one more question - ngk or ac delco plugssilver100 06-11-2006, 12:10 PM i was just wondering what plugs you guy's perfer , i have heard ac delco is not what they used to be . i have always ran ac delco and liked them but i have noticed that the newer plugs seem to be made differnt and i have read post were some people had recommend using ngk in a chevy . what do you guy's think . thanks silver100 :grinyes: broughy84 06-11-2006, 04:38 PM I always stay with ac delco in a gm. IMHO anything else can produce problems in a gm engine. Especially Bocsh; however, I have never tryed NGK in either of my c1500's. I figure that if GM spends thousands upon thousands of dollars in research for these engines then there is a reason the AC's are the factory prefered plug, so I just stick with them. There again, that's just my :2cents: MT-2500 06-12-2006, 05:13 PM Use what the good book calls for. Most use AC-delco but one or 2 GM aplications use NGK from factory.
