2000 Chevy G3500 Cargo Van,Emergency Fuel Pump shut off?

I dont have alot of info on this van,its our shops van,and there isnt much to go with,but here goes

Van is taken to jobsite running fine,go to start it,and it wont start,engine is turning fine,but seems fuel is not getting to engine,full tank of gas,someone says cant here the fuel pump,and said they had an older vehicle that had an emergency shut off button that activated from a slowplow causing a vibration on the ground,I was wondering if the g3500 has one,and where it may be,van is an hour away from shop and want to try simple things before we have to have it towed back into town
