I need a dealer tech

My 98 had an auto on auto off headlight switch that had a variable delay off so you could set the time the headlights stay on after you turned the key off. My 06 has the same thing but instead of variable it is a set time (about 30 seconds). Does anyone know if this time can be extended? My Dodge truck has it also but it can be programmed by the dealer for 0, 30, 60, or 90 seconds.
