I was testing all my fuses inside by pulling them out. When I went to start my truck it wouldn't turn over. The lights and everything is okay and the battery has almost 12 volts.

Do you think my key might have been deprogrammed.

Any suggestions?

I would start with having the battery and alternator tested by a shop somewhere. Batteries can read 12V but not pass the load or cranking test.

Something simple you should do every oil change, is clean the battery terminals and cable connections.

I doubt anything has happened to the key.

Have them tested and post back here.

If the battery has ALMOST 12 volts, that is probably not enough to turn the starter. The starter takes about 180 Amps to spin the motor. Voltage under 12 volts on a resting battery may not be enough to move the amperage to operate the starter.

charge the battery then, with meter across the battery crank the engine battery voltage should drop to no less than 10.6v if it does you need a new battery. as for the key becoming "deprogramed" just by pulling fuses this will not happen, but to put your mind at ease when you turn the key to the on position check the theft light and make sure it doesn't blink

The anitheft light flashes when I put the key in do you think it might be the antitheft

Have you tried another key? Maybe the key you have is just gone bad. have run into that a few times on Fords.
