My A/C will Not work

i just got this 98 GC and the A/C and blower will not come on. i thought it might be my blower but when i did a direct connection to the battery it came right on. when i turn the a/c on i can feel cold air but the blower is not on. i also checked the fuses and they are good. i cant figure out what is wrong. i need some help! any ideas?

Did you check the blower relay? SJ

where would that be at i checked the fuse under the hood is that it. i have my dash pulled apart but i am at a lost as to what to do.
