on 1990, v6 my pressure gauge reads low, near the L at idle is that normal?
then around 2-3k rpms its in the normail center range.
I just replaced the sender with one from the dealer. previously the it wasn't working, so I have no idea how it should read at idle.

If I were you, would change my oil soon. I had the same problem, the problem was that my oil was too thin. I drained it and put some castrol GTX High Mileage, and it solved my problem. My oil pressure now sits in the middle where it should.:thumbsup: I would do this first, to see if it is that...
