I'm looking for any information in regards to my 1999 Rav4. I can no longer turn on my defroster, fan blower or AC. This has come about after terrential downpours. I looked at fuses that I could see, however they all appeared to be functioning. Is there a special location for the above mentioned items as none of the fuse box schematics identify them. Are there any hidden fuses or fuse boxes that i am missing? Any help would be appreciated.

There is another fuse box under the hood, sort of on top of the left front wheel well. I think that one of the fuses in there may solve your problem.
