is it possible to reprogram your PCM? i'm going to put a 6L in place of my 4.3L and i was wondering if the PCM could just be reprogrammed or if i have to find one.

Your best bet is to try calling either Jesse at Wait4me performance or contact Nelson performance and tell them what you want to do. If it can be done, they would know.
