Code 33 A/C Clutch Relay, Anyone know how to fix?? please help!!!!

I used the key procedure to find the code 33, A/c was serviced and worked fine last summer, I checked the A/C Clutch relay under the hood in the relay compartment and it's fine. Just seems like there's no power going through to tell the A/C clutch to kick in and start pumping. Anyone have any Ideas????
