Seatbelt On Passenger Side Rear Is Stuck. It Does Not Want To Retract Or Pull Out. Took Out Rear Panel And I Have A Nice View Of The Seatbelt Being Wound Up And Twisted. Any Help On How To Correct Would Be Greatly Appreciated.
