I have a 94 jetta and recently the seat belt light has been staying on. also i get a clicking sound coming from the area where the head light switch is located. then suddenly i wasn't able to start my car. at first it seemed as if the battery was dead but even when i tried jumping the car it wouldn't start. the clicking would appear when i try to crank. then next day it will work fine. any suggestions and do you think it's a electrical problem connected with the seat belt light?
