I recently replaced my front brake pads and now I occasionally get a couple of "clicks" when going from forward to reverse or reverse to forward. I noticed when I replaced the pads that I was misssing from each wheel one of those stainless steel stamped clips that guide or hold the pad in place so I'm guessing that's the reason for the clicking sounds. Does anyone know if those clips are available from a parts store or do I need to go to the dealer.

Trust me. The noise will not go away until you replace the missing anti-rattle clips. I almost lost me mind until members on this forum guided me to rockauto. 10 minute job to shut them brakes up for good.
