I'm wanting to do get rid of the 4.2 V6 in my truck and go with a V8. Will this be a pain in the a$$ to do? I've swapped motors in other cars but with the same size 350's so forth in older cars and trucks. I guess my real questions are will the old motor mounts work or will they need to be moved? Also its 5 speed transmission with I'm guessing high rear end gears cause take off in the truck right now is crappy. Will the tranny bolt up and do i need to think about changing the gears in the rear end? And any other odds that I'm not thinking about right now?

Thanks
Chris
