Got code 0157

Got cel so went to autozone and have codes read. They were "2" 0157. cel came on suddenly when accelarated for about mile or so on a highway . I have 89k miles do you think i should replace them? or i can simply reset the codes. By the way this is second or third time i got them in past 3 months under same driving situation and have been reseting them. I have recently replaced plugs with campion and throttle body was cleaned by mechanic during timming belt replacement.

I'd replace it and hope that's the problem.

any particular brand i should look for or just buy the cheapest?

I used bosch. Just make sure it has an OEM connector. Any parts store should have a direct fit.
