With gas prices going up there have been a few products which claim to increase fuel mileage. One of the more bogus ones is a pill called Bio Performance (http://www.go-bp.mybpbiz.com/index.asp). They claim that putting this pill in the gas tank will increase fuel mileage by 25%.

That's interesting, especially when you read their disclaimer

"BioPerformance, Inc. does not guarantee that the product works whatsoever and does not guarantee that you will earn any income whatsoever. BioPerformance, Inc. makes no income or product claims whatsoever."

If this product worked I think GM, Ford and DaimlerChrysler, would include a case with the purchase of every SUV and pick-up.

Keep an eye for any products claiming huge increases in fuel economy. They're scams.

I think these are the guys the feds just shut down. THe pills are made of the same stuff as moth balls.
