s10 4x4 problem

i recently purchased a 1991 s10 4x4 and when i engage the transfer case, no power is supplied to the front end. Any suggestions as to what the problem is would be appreciated.

it shows how to change the most common problem, but there are a few more things that it can be.

99 out of 100 times you'll probably find that one of the vacuum lines to the transfer case is bad.Most likey one got hot and burned through..every older one I have come across has had that problem.
