Hello All-

I am launching a complaint website focusing on the Group 1 Automotive, Inc. dealerships. You can find a list of their dealerships in the “Boycott” section of my www.group1sucks.com (http://www.group1sucks.com) home page.

The site is not launching for a few weeks so you won’t be able to post live on the forum yet. That said, I would love to include your experiences with Group 1 dealerships on the site before the official press release. If you have had a bad experience, as a customer or an employee, with one of their dealerships, please email it my way for consideration.

Thanks in advance!

Watch out for online sales especially from Louisiana - lots of dealers are reconditioning flood cars and their state does not require emissions so they will not check the emissions system and a flodd almost always renders it inoperable - average cost to replace all electronics on emissions at a dealer $4000+!
Dealers are also shipping these cars to other states that are lax on titling to get a clear title - be careful. Always have the emissions system and computer checked on any car before you buy - it is too expensive to have it fixed.
