Can some one give me a honest advice!!

I put down a deposite for the nissan 350z in june, however the dealer keeps on pushing back the date that i suppose to recieve my car, from Aug to Oct to Nov to Dec and now to Spring~ i am very dissapointed w/ the customer service~ Anyway, when i drove into a lexus dealer today~ they have a very nice 98 M Roadster selling for $46900 cdn ($31266 USD) only 20000km! same price as the 350z, well 47hp lower but it's a M & european car! the 350z track model is $46500 cdn ($31000 USD).

So it's a decision whether to go for the old 98 M or the new 350z?

Please tell me more about the 98 M roadster other than the hp. i basically know nothing about the car~ does it have traction control? DSC...etc.?
