i want to route the filter down into the front air dam, but the radiator shroud is enormously in the way.... anyone get around this problem? the under hood temp is too hot to make any horsepower w/ this turbo!!!!

the only sort of filter relocation you'll be doing with the stock setup is back into the engine bay.... the smartest thing to do would be to make some sort of home fashioned intake system that sucks air from the right headlight area after blocking up the openings into the engine bay... you can also make that area a sealed compartment via : http://www.zeeyalater.net/mods.htm#cai

anyway, getting creative is the name of the game here.... i would most definitely NOT recommend removing any of the shrouds... the only place i would re-route the filter to is into the fender walls and that requires quite a bit of customization...
