Anybody have this problem.
While replacing my cluster a few months back, I broke the button off the 4-way flasher housing on the column. Everything still worked OK until today, when my daughter manhandled the switch, now the lights stay on constantly.
(Duct tape - the man's essential too- wrapped around the button and crammed into the opening temporarily fixed it-but it won't last long. I see a dead battery in my futur)
I'm wondering if replacing the button will cure the problem, or if I have to buy the whole switch/unit (looks pricey)?????

Replacing just the button should fix it:

Thanks for the link, I know I saw this previously, but didn't do the search.
(Actually, I came back to search and saw your reply- no parts available at aftermarket stores)
With the p/n in the link, I found a Dealer open today (Saturday, I'm on my way to pick it up. I'll post back with the results)
Thanks again, my battery will be pleased.

Got the part from a Dealer, GM #1517447 - $19.96 + tax (as listed in the above link).
Took all of 5 minutes to remove the old and insert the new.
Back to Normal Operating Procedure again.
Thanks again for the link, blazee
