dude i ordered a rb25det from them and you know what happen they shipped it to the wrong address. WHAT THA @#@#!!!!! the wrong address its not like its a t-shirt or something its a friggin engine and its gone:banghead: ..........The good thing is i got my money back. a huge apology. thats crappy huh?

Its not there fault if the SHIPPER delivers it to the wrong address. Dont bitch at least there customer service has enough balls to admit they might have fucked up and fixed the prolem. I cant stand shipping through ups anymore they loose shit, get delayed, and then i have customers calling me ripping my head off and they cant seem to understand its not my fault if the shipping service gets lazy and puts it on the wrong truck, freight service is even worse i get stuff from looks like it was dropped from a plane.
