Am I being too picky?

I've been going back and forth on what kind of car I want and I've got it narrowed down pretty well between a couple cars and a truck. One car, the one that I would like to have most is a '98 Lincoln Mark VIII. Now where I think I'm being too picky is the color, all I can find within 100 miles of me is white or this cream looking color. There nothing really wrong with those colors but I would really REALLY like a black one. Like to the point where if I can't find a black one I'll probably go with my truck choice. Should I hold out and find the black Mark VIII or should I go with my 2nd choice in the truck???

Go truck. Depending on where you are, a black Lincoln would:

1. Constantly need cleaning to look good.
2. Get REALLY hot in summer.

I've also read too many horror stories of problems with Lincolns from 1984 or so on. But then again, you didn't specify the truck you wanted to get either.

get what you like,

never settle

if you want a black lincoln, find one.
a cars a big investment, so you should buy exactly what you like.
otherwise, everytime you see a black lincoln on the road, you'll think "man, i should have held out abit longer"

never settle = no regrets
