ok now my freaking seat belt is stuck in the forward and wont come back! i tried hitting it giving it a little push back to try and get it started but it wont budge! could a fuse ir something gone?

i dunno did u check the fuses?

it happened in my beater civic. it's probably your seat belt assembly relay or something to that extent... all i know is it cost me 100$ + labor to fix it.

time to go w/ a harness its broke might as well upgrade

auto seat belts blows anyway, if it's broke go get a manual one from the junkyard. I've had enough times spilling coffee on myself...

i love the auto seats. saves me tons of money on my car insurance...

shorten the motor by connecting it to a power source, once it moved to the rear position, remove the power from the motor and use the belt as a normal manual belt.

i did that, hell with that 40lb motor!

Seat belts on 240s are supposed to be lifetime warranty! On my last 240 i replaced the drivers side belt assy. cause it wasnt retracting. Check it out.

Yes , Seat Belts are lifetime warrenty. Go to your local Nissan dealer and they should take care of it for you :) gl
