Stuck Automatic Seat Beltsmjfco 04-23-2006, 12:59 PM I have a 1995 Quest and the driver side shoulder seat belt is stuck in the back position, when I open the door the belt goes foward about an inch and then stops. Does anyone have any Idea on how to fix this problem. QuestOverload 04-24-2006, 05:16 PM That's usually due to it binding from no lubrication. Get a can of spray white lithium, stick the little red straw in the end and grease the track lightly, run the belt back and forth a few times and lube lightly again. You can disconnect the belt so it'll slide easier. They'll ususally silde farther without the belt attached. mjfco 04-25-2006, 05:23 PM Thanks, The belt won't move at all along the track, is there a motor or something at the bottom of the door piler behind the seat? I have tryed to find any info in the Haynes maint. book but it dose not show the automatic seat belts. Thanks FixUrNissan 04-28-2006, 09:27 PM Take it to the dealer.
