I have a dynasty in good shape and the wood panels in the interior are rattling. I know I could glue em on better but I want to put something else there like some foam with vinal over it or something where could you get something like that cheap?

If you've ever worked with fiberglass you could make a panel that fits in the location and then on the back use the push in plastic pieces that the door panels on newer cars use and then you would be able to paint the fiberglass whatever color you wanted. If you haven't ever worked with fiberglass before go to the fabrication forum at the bottom of the cars in general page and do a search for fiberglass and you'll find alot of helpful information there.

thanks that would probably look good but I was on cardomain and I was looking at people who have my car and I think they just sand the wood grain off of the plastic pannels and paint them but im not sure. does that sound reasonalbe to sand plastic?? i dunno maybe i could just pull them off and paint them without any sanding ill put some pics up when i do it

If the panels are made out of plastic sand off the wood grain completely back to bare plastic and then primer and paint from there but make sure not to use a coarse sand paper as it will leave scratches and grooves in the plastic that will be hard to get out. If you paint them without sanding when the woodgrain finishes peeling off so won't the new paint and you'll be back to square one again.
