i never wanted one but this sounds appealingRiCR-wana-b 04-18-2006, 07:51 PM well im a big fan of BMW and i drive one at the moment, i love em but my car is falling apart and i need a new car. well one of my brothers friends is selling his 1999 honda civic EX now its not a typical EX, he dropped a JDM SI motor and trans into it and added a few other doodads in it, and this is the info i have so far... 1999 Honda Civic EX Coupe 5spd MT, Black/Gray ~50,000 miles clean title, 2nd owner body is straight, paint is fair slightly modified kbb: ~$8,000 asking: $5,000 i can handle the price but what do you guys think about this deal? im not a honda guy but i know a bit aobut them. what do you guys think about the pros and cons of this? thanks CivicSpoon 04-18-2006, 11:59 PM As long as it's running strong, it sound like a deal to me. The only thing I would be worried about would be emissions. JDM engine in a car in Cali; heard it's quite the pain in ass.
