A/C blower fan won't cut off

My blower motor would not cut off. I have a 1994 ZJ limited 5.2 V8 and the AC blower motor would not cutoff when I turned off my ZJ today. I had to pull the fuse. I have an Automatic Temp Control. I can't find a fan relay, but I found the resistor block. I have ordered a resistor block for $156.00 from the dealer. Is there anything else it could be?:banghead:
